The Los Angeles Lakers are on the road on Tuesday night as they face off against the Brookly Nets in an interconference matchup.

Los Angeles enters Tuesday’s game with a 29-19 record after losing on the road to the New York Knicks on Sunday night.

In Sunday’s loss to the Knicks, Luka Doncic led the way for the Lakers as he recorded 30 points, 15 rebounds and eight assists while LeBron James added 22 points, five rebounds and six assists of his own.

Now Los Angeles will try to bounce back on the road on Tuesday as they face off against a struggling Nets team.

On the other side, Brooklyn enters Tuesday’s contest with a 13-35 record after losing on the road to the Detroit Pistons on Sunday night.

Cam Thomas led the way for the Nets in Sunday’s loss as he ended the game with 12 points, three rebounds and three assists off the bench while Drake Powell recorded 12 points and three rebounds off the bench.

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Tuesday night’s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.

Lakers Injury Report, Will Austin Reaves, Bronny James Play?

For the Lakers, they have three players listed on their injury report, including both Austin Reaves and Bronny James.

Los Angeles has listed Reaves as questionable due to a left calf strain but there is a chance he could return from an 18-game absence on Tuesday against the Nets.

If Reaves is still sidelined on Tuesday, Marcus Smart and Gabe Vincent could both continue to have increased roles.

The Lakers have also listed James as questionable due to lower left leg soreness and he is in danger of missing his second consecutive contest.

Adou Thiero has been ruled out as he remains sidelined while recovering from a right MCL sprain.

Nets Injury Report, Will Michael Porter Jr., Noah Clowney Play?

On the other side, the Nets have three players listed on their injury report, though Michael Porter Jr. is not one of them.

Of course, Porter Jr. has missed the last two games due to personal reasons but he is off the injury report and will return against the Lakers on Tuesday.

Brooklyn has listed Noah Clowney as probable due to a low back strain and he is expected to return from a five-game absence on Tuesday.

The Nets have also listed Ziaire Williams as probable and he is also expected to play despite dealing with a left calf contusion while Haywood Highsmith remains sidelined while recovering from knee surgery.
